Many studies have found a link between regular exercise and a lower recurrence of breast cancer. Participating in a physician approved exercise program tailored to the unique needs of women recovering from breast cancer can be of great physical and emotional benefit.
Targeted exercise helps to decrease the side effects of surgery and enables you to return to normal daily activities.

Exercise sessions last one hour and include an aerobic warm-up, strength training, Pilates, Yoga, stretching, and relaxation.
